We never sell email addresses nor other personal contact information.

  • Equipment used
  • Bike servicing profile

We may log information about your access and use of our Services, including through the use of Site based analytics and Internet cookies, your browser type, your device type, your communications with our Site and our servers, the operating system you are using and the domain name of your internet service provider.

Your feedback and opinion:

Providing feedback is optional to you. We may contact you to provide feedback on our Service, or to voluntarily respond to surveys or research to seek your opinion as we strive to improve our Service.

  • To send you newsletters, member offers, feedback surveys, Service updates and BLB How To’s, and news about BLB. You may remove your name from our email list by updating your Settings.

  • To assist workshops, brands and suppliers to better serve the cycling community
